Recent experience: Slowing down time, intentionally.
This expanded awareness that has come through these last several weeks continues to amaze my lower self as it continues to ascend.
Yesterday, I woke up and had so many things to accomplish. My days are usually very flowy, but yesterday "others" energy created this fast vibration that I allowed into my field (they were not present, but distant interactions were taking place). I immediately became aware of how fast the vibrational field was spinning around me. At that moment, I FELT the chaos of the old days that I "used to know". It was familiar. It was the frequency at which I operated at years ago... and I closed my eyes and said "no". Not allowing this. So I slowed down, breathed and tapped in on a much higher level, which was very calm and at ease.
The old way was to re-act, with the same vibrational frequency or even to create it with an emotional response that matched the same. I would have gone bonkers, run around like crazy, gone into panic mode, freaked out, control, expectation, chaos galore. I stepped back, separated my energies from those vibrating really fast and allowed them to be responsible for their own energy. I stopped interaction in the entire situation and removed my energy. Immediate change. I looked at the clock, thought of the million things I "needed" to accomplish in the next 30 minutes and intentionally slowed everything down. I moved with the speed of that frequency, not allowing my thoughts to wander into chaotic energy. 30 minutes later, EVERYTHING had been accomplished, with ease and time to spare!
Immediately, I was "shown" how it all worked, so that I could understand. I could see all of the frequencies slowing down and how "time" as we perceive it, is activated by the frequency that we operate at. So, fast fast vibrations, time appears to pass fast. Slow slow vibrations, time appears to pass slowly.
I had been exposed in the past to slower "experiences", by observing everything as it passed. I had never been able to manipulate it, realize it's non-existence at all, and then to observe it as it all just passed in front of my being as if an instant replay to teach me. It was yet another amazing experience that I add to my tool-belt to help share with others.
